Daniel Arius, a Senior Partner at JDE Lawfirm obtained his Indonesian Law degree from the Islamic Pamulang University. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar (DPN PERADI) with experience in General Counsel and Litigation, and Debt Restructuring, Corporate. He has a strong background in Civil Law especially in Land and Criminal Law. He has been dealing with several multinational Companies such as PT Orient Spice Investments, Bukit Uluwatu Villas, and others.
Edward Gusti
Edward Gusti obtained his Indonesian Law degree
from Pelita Harapan University. He is currently a partner at JDE law firm and also a member of the indonesian bar (PERADI) with experience in criminal law, maritime law, vessel and fisheries matters. He also currently serves as the head of legal affairs of the Indonesian Tuna Longline Association (ATLI).
